Formally the HELM programme this is ideal for new and aspiring managers within SME's as well as the Care Sector.
For SME's the programme is personally tailored around your business vision and values to develop effective leaders of teams.
For Care Sector leaders this programme is be tailored to meet all the requirements within the NHS Healthcare Leadership Module, Person Centred Approaches Framework and the CQC KLOE's.
The programme consists of:
- ten x 1 hour 1:1 (up to 1:3 participants) coaching sessions
- learning and discussion on the topic
- you will explore ideas, hints and practical tips
- interactive and supportive environment
- personalised and effective learning
- creation of personalised actions to put into your workplace
- review and discussion each sessions delivered over 10 virtual sessions in an interactive and supportive environment.

Hi, I'm Jennifer Blackburn.
I have always liked helping and supporting people and spent over 20 years developing my career in Human Resources whilst working in the leisure sector.
I live in Holyport with my husband and two ginger cats Felix and Toffee!
I completed my Postgraduate Degree in Human Resource Management in 2006 and have been a Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
I volunteered in my local residential care home which I found hugely rewarding.
I enjoy helping people develop their confidence!
