A shared vision

Eton House Residential Home have agreed their vision following the input of staff on their Taking the HELM programme. It was revealed to staff last week and the feedback was great! It is 'A homely, creative and stimulating environment with strong family values'. Now to making sure all staff know it and start living by it. That's the challenging but exciting part.
