How often do you struggle to make a decision? Do you hide away and hope you don't have to make any? Do you think that this may slow down your own performance and also the performance of your team?

People who struggle to make decisions may either be lacking in confidence, or may be they don't feel they have all the releveant information to make the decision. Alternatively they may just be fearful of failure.

If you can make confident, clear decisions then it not only does it improve your confidence and self-esteem but it also gives you the chance of improved performance and better outcomes.

How can you become great at decision-making?

⭐ try not to overthink it

⭐ remove yourself from the situation both physically and mentally then weigh up the pro's and con's

⭐ manage your emotions

⭐ accept you will make mistakes BUT learn from them

By demonstrating to your team that decision-making is important to you, as a leader, you can support them by helping them make decisions! It's good for everyone.
