Assertiveness & Delegation training

Assertiveness and Delegation training completed. The second focused training session for Team Leaders and Managers at Eton House Residential Home. This week's session included why assertiveness is important, how to be more assertive and how to delegate effectively. Armed with their action plans they are busy putting these into practise.
