Ask your staff 'what do you want more of?'
Get REAL feedback by:
* making it easy - online and anonymous
* making it systematic so that it has a clear impact on engagement
* formulate an action plan and communicate it back to staff
* if you can't do what they want, say why

Remember - great ideas come from listening.
