Managing People delegates

Successful Managing People session! Five staff from Eton House Residential Home completed a day's course on Managing People. Subjects covered included leadership styles, managing change, how to set SMART goals and giving effective feedback.

Their actions plans from the day ensure they put their learning into practise. I received great feedback from the delegates including 'I have benefitted the most from learning how to deal with difficult situation effectively. The day was fun with interactive learning'.
