Happy October 🎃🎃

With so much change over the last couple of weeks, months, let alone years, people look to their work to be an even more supportive environment and where they can develop, do a good job and make a difference.

Leading your team during turbulent times takes extra strength and resolve and one way to cope and succeed is to offer an open and positive environment. By supporting everyone's health and well-being you are half way there!



My top 3 tips to help you focus on this are:

1. Just do it!

Don't let the great team members down by not tackling under performance from others. Your team look at YOU to be consistent in your approach to everyone!

2. Give positive feedback that avoids blame and criticism

It's not about blaming others or being critical, it's about being clear to people about when they need to make improvements but equally not focusing on mistakes

3. Be open to other ways of doing things!

Ask your team how things can run more smoothly, listen and take action to do things differently - it is so empowering for both them and you!
